The Court made the following:

COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The applicant/appellant has filed the appeal against order, dated 02.5.2015, in Original Petition No.175 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby a decree for dissolution of marriage between the parties was granted.

The appellant has filed FCAMP.No.58 of 2016 for dismissing the appeal as withdrawn. In support of this application, she has filed an affidavit, wherein she has stated that all through, the respondent has been taking a very hostile attitude towards her and has not shown any inclination for compromise and that therefore, she has realized the futility of pursuing the appeal and decided to withdraw the same to enable her to live in peace. She has informed that she has filed FCAMP.No.58 of 2016 out of her free will and she requested for dismissing the appeal itself as withdrawn.

In the light of the above facts, FCAMP.No.58 of 2016 is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 16.6.2015, in FCAMP.No.259 of is vacated and FCAMP.Nos.259 and 467 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous. ____________________________ JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY ____________________________ JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI 04th March 2016
