HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1705 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 02.04.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.8503 of 2018.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Services-II(TS), produced the proceedings, dated 23.03.2019 stating that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and no further orders are required in this Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
