THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1726 of 2018 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondent for violation of the order dated 24.07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3080 of 2000.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order has been complied with by the respondent by making the payment as directed by this Court in its order dated 24.07.2017 in W.P.No.3080 of 2000. Recording the submission of the counsel for respondent, the contempt case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
