THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1865 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of order, dated 05.10.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.30111 of 2017 directing the respondent herein to complete the enquiry within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to respondent Nos.2 to 4 therein.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent submits that in compliance with the aforesaid order, the respondent passed order under Section 5(1) of the Public Premises (Eviction of the Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971, on 24.08.2018. He also submits that he filed a copy of such order along with the counter-affidavit on 03.10.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
