Ms.Palla Jayasheela, learned counsel representing Sri V.Ranga Babu, learned counsel for petitioner seeks further time for arguments saying that her senior is not well.

It being an old matter and posted under the caption for dismissal, this Court is not inclined to grant time and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
