2015-03-26S.V.Bhatt1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.8146 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.G.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, the real grievance of petitioner appears to be inaction of the Insurance Inspector/ Social Security Officer, ESI Corporation, Inspection Office, Hyderabad in considering the reply dated 24.02.2015 submitted by the petitioner and passing appropriate orders thereon.

From the material available on record, it appears that the petitioner has replied to the notice or information decided by the respondent through reply dated 24.02.2015. It is for the Insurance Inspector to consider and take appropriate decision before calling upon the petitioner either to produce further information or frequently visit the premises of petitioner's office.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the Insurance Inspector/Social Security Officer to consider and take a decision on the reply dated 24.02.2015 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
