THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43281 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to receive the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 5.12.2016 and to register a crime and investigate into the same.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Addanki Police Station, Prakasam District-3rd respondent herein is not receiving the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 5.12.2016 and not registering a crime against the accused therein. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to receive the complaint made by the petitioner dated 5.12.2016 and register a case against the culprits alleged in the complaint if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 3rd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 14.12.2016.
