Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner states that he owns an extent of Ac.2.18 guntas of land in Sy.No.50/1 and another extent of Ac.2.10 gts in Sy.No.50/2 in Gajulapet Shivar, Manjulapet village, Nirmal Mandal, Adilabad district. The said lands are his ancestral lands. The petitioner was issued pattadar pass books and title deeds also but it appears that the survey department has wrongly classified the said land as water body forming part of Sy.No.1707 and issued a supplementary sethvar. Since then it is shown as Government land. The petitioner approached the 2nd respondent seeking amendment of pahanies by deleting the name of the Government and by inserting his name. The petitioner was issued a memo on 11.12.2014 stating that the Sy.Nos.49, 50, 51 were deleted from Gajulapet village and included in Nirmal Mandal and the supplementary sethvar was issued duly correcting the village boundaries of Gajulapet village. The petitioner was asked to approach the 4th respondent for settlement of his case. Accordingly, he approached the 4th respondent for redressal of his grievance
and the 4th respondent in-turn forwarded the file to the 3rd respondent by letter dated 18.12.2014. The 3rd respondent called for a report from the 2nd respondent by letter dated 11.3.2015 and thereafter nothing has happened. In those circumstances, he filed the present Writ Petition. 3.
Since the matter is pending before the 3rd respondent pursuant to the reference made by the 4th respondent on 18.12.2014, 3rd respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order with regard to the grievance of the petitioner in respect of the lands situated in Sy.Nos.50/1 and 50/2 in Gajulapet Shivar, Manjulapet village, Nirmal Mandal, Adilabad district.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
