The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the third respondent in registering a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.11.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 06.12.2019, submits that upon receipt of the complaint dated 11.11.2019, made by the petitioner, a GD entry was made and after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.383 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 IPC on the file of Adibatla Police Station, on 05.12.2019. A copy of the aforestated written instructions along with a copy of FIR No.383 of 2019 are placed on record of this Court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the third respondent, since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.
