Heard Ms.Anula for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners pray for the following relief: " ...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not dispose the case No B/231 pending before the 4th respondent thereby in not incorporate the names of the petitioners in the revenue records pertaining the land to an extent of Ac 4.27 gts in Sy. No 284 situated at Kurampally Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal arbitrary and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the case No B/231 thereby incorporate the names of the petitioners in the revenue records..."

Through written instructions of even date, the 4th respondent informs the Court that he will conduct enquiry and dispose of the petition pending in Case No.B/ 231.

The statement is placed on record and accordingly the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders as are deemed fit within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
