THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No. 42422 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition, challenging an order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal refusing to take up his original application out of turn. 2.

Mr. V. Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

As against an order of a quasi-judicial Tribunal refusing to take a case out of turn, it will be difficult to entertain a writ petition. The question of advancing the hearing of a case lies in the zone of comfort of a Court or a Tribunal, depending upon the pressure of work. Therefore, it will be impossible to subject such orders to judicial scrutiny and to issue directions. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew such a request after some time, and upon such a request being made, the Tribunal may consider the same sympathetically. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. __________________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J __________________________ U.
