HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11950 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the Executive Officer of Sri Kana Ranganadha Swamy Temple in not permitting the procession of 'Utsava Vigrahams' in Kummari giri, Ogetuvari Satram, Talarivarigiri, Harijanvada, Malavada from 05.04.2017 to 13.04.2017 by extending the route in conformity with his earlier order dated 15.10.2016. Sri A.Srikanth Reddy, learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent-temple on instructions submits that the 1st respondent has no objection in extending the procession of 'Utsava Vigrahams' from 05.04.2017 to 13.04.2017 covering the areas of Kummarigiri, Ogetuvari Satram, Talarivarigiri, Harijanavada, Malavada, situated at Aluru Village, Tadipatri Mandal, Anantapuram District.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-temple, the writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs.
