Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authorities in issuing e-pattadar passbook by updating the same in Dharani Web Site in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject lands situated at Garvipalli Village, Thalakondapalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of submitting application dated 02.11.2021, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make on-line application through Dharani Portal seeking issuance of e-pattadar passbook and updation in Dharani Portal in respect of the subject lands, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, respondent No.2 shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks

thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.
