HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16665 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are challenging the orders of retrenchment and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 8.8.2003, directing the respondents to continue the petitioners, pending further orders and by virtue of interim orders, the petitioners are continuing in service.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 3.
