This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 on the complaint dated 15-05-2018 made by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was found to be civil in nature and said endorsement was sent to the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to her under law.
