THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.45305 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent No.1 in dropping further action against the petitioner with regard to the disproportionate assets in terms of Rule 9 (2) (b) (ii) of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 in spite of the written representations dated 19.01.2015 and 22.04.2015 as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to drop further action against the petitioner in terms of Rule 9 (2) (b) (ii) of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980..."

Sri CH.Vidyasagar, Learned Special Public Prosecutor for Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) submits that the sole petitioner expired on 01.07.2020 and submitted the death certificate of the sole petitioner. As on this day, no steps have been taken by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner to bring the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner on record. Now, the same Writ Petition becomes abated.
