HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.9373 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings in L.P.C. No.3 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Anantapur (P.R.C.No.27 of 2006 arising out of Cr.No.121 of 2003 on the file of Bukkarayasamudram police Station, Anantapur District) taken cognizance for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 366 and 493 of I.P.C. on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant, by recalling the N.B.W. issued against the petitioner.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, both the parties present before the Court and the defacto-complainant filed a petition seeking to permit to compound the offences in the above case as they have settled disputes between them amicably with the intervention of elders. By virtue of the compromise between the parties and as they want to purchase peace, they are permitted to compound the offences supra in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in L.P.C. No.3 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Anantapur (P.R.C.No.27 of 2006 arising out of Cr.No.121 of 2003 on the file of Bukkarayasamudram police Station, Anantapur District) are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
