HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46616 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the representations of the petitioner dated 07.05.2016, 13.06.2016, 02.11.2016, 07.11.2016, 19.12.2016 and online application dated 17.05.2016 seeking mutation of his name, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents for disposal of his online application dated 17.05.2016 at the earliest.

Learned AGP would submit that a suitable direction may be given to the 4th respondent for disposal of the online application submitted by the petitioner on 17.05.2016, in accordance with law. Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar to deal with the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 17.05.2016 seeking mutation of his name in revenue records in respect of land in survey No.137/2A admeasuring Acs.9-29 guntas situated at Chunchupalli Village, Kothagudem Mandal, Khammam

District, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible preferably within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
