When the matter was listed on 17.09.2013, there was no representation. Later on it was adjourned twice at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Today also when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
