Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 and and Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent.

Petitioner had applied for survey of the subject land by making a representation dt.16-02-2015 to 1st respondent. Petitioner contends that no action is being taken on the said application by 1st respondent. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that 1st respondent will take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to conduct survey of the subject land after giving notice to all the effected parties within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
