This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not receiving the complaint made by the representative of the petitioners by name Mohammed Abdul Jabbar and not registering the FIR.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that already a case in Cr.No.245 of 2018 was registered.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
