This Court granted conditional bail to the petitioner-accused No.1 vide Orders dated 11.10.2023 in CRL.P.No.9759 of 2023.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the petitioner is not in a position to fulfill the condition of executing two sureties of Rs.25,000/- due to his poor financial condition.

Considering the circumstances, this Interlocutory Application is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute two sureties of Rs.10,000/- instead of two sureties of Rs.25,000/-.
