HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2712 OF 2017 ORDER:

The action of respondents 4 and 5 in calling the petitioners to police station and directing them to settle the civil disputes with respondents 6 and 7 is assailed in the present Writ Petition. Learned Government Pleader on written instructions submits that the respondents-police have denied the allegation of the petitioner that they have interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 6 and 7. They further denied the allegation that they have directed the petitioners to settle the civil disputes with respondents 6 and 7. He further denied the allegation of the petitioners that respondents 4 and 5 called the petitioners to police station on 25.12.2016 at the instigation of respondents 6 and 7 and threatened them to settle the civil disputes.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
