THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12810 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.598 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a petition under Rule 37 of the Criminal Rules of Practice. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner files a petition on his behalf and on behalf of other accused under Rule 37 of the Criminal Rules of Practice, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
