THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.35182 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds with respect to Ac.1.00 of land in Survey No.17/32 of Pulikunta Village, Rebbana Mandal, Adilabad District.

The petitioner made an application, dated 02.06.2015, before the Tahsildar, Rebbana Mandal, Adilabad District, the 3rd respondent, under Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') and the Rules made thereof followed by further application, dated 13.10.2015.

It is stated that the applications made by the petitioner are in accordance with the Rules and complaining inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition is filed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's applications in accordance with the Rules and pass appropriate orders preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
