No representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondents No.2 and 3. Even on earlier occasion also, there was no representation from the petitioner. Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1/State is present.

02. This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by Order dated 23.04.2011 in M.C.No.299 of 2009 on the file of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC cum Additional Family Court cum XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, wherein the petition is allowed directing the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to the respondent No.2.

03. As per the findings of the learned trial Court, the respondent No.2 was doing real estate business and

earning Rs.25,000/- per month and the petitioner has been taking care of respondent No.3.

04. It appears that this Order has been passed on 23.04.2011 i.e., about 11 years ago. By taking into consideration all the circumstances prevailing in the year 2011, the petitioner should be happy for granting of maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to respondent No.2. Taking into consideration the present day to day cost of living of one person, even an amount of Rs.6,000/- to the respondent No.2 is not enough.

05. Considering the facts and circumstances discussed above, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has no cause of action, he has not been attending the Court and therefore, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed.

06. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
