THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2088 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 17.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17367 of 2015, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. Learned counsel further states that there is a possibility of violation in future and seeks leave to permit his client to approach this Court by way of a fresh contempt case in the event the need arises.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, this contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
