No. 23691 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Admittedly, the petitioner has not availed the statutory right of filing an appeal before the competent appellate authority against the Memo dated 16.04.2018 issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Visakhapatnam Range. In view of the above, we find no ground to interfere with the order dated 08.06.2018 in O.A.No. 1084 of 2018 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
