The writ petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that at the instance of the respondent Nos.4 & 5, third respondent is harassing the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the allegation made by the petitioner is false and as a matter of fact, the charge sheet in C.C.No.195 of 2017 was already filed before the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalle, Gutnur District. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
