THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 10482 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities had not taken any action on his complaint dated 11.02.2011. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on the written instructions dated 20.04.2011 received from the Station House Officer, Kalla Police

Station, West Godavari District, informed this Court that the petitioner's complaint was sent by post and upon receipt of the same, Crime No. 35 of 2011 had been registered on the file of the Kalla Police Station under Section 306 I.P.C on 24.03.2011 and investigation was undertaken.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities on his complaint stands settled and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
