This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 29.07.2016, in IA.No.532 of 2016 in FCOP.No.1460 of 2010, on the file of the Judge, Family Court -cum- V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

On 23-09-2016, when this case came up for admission, no one appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the case was adjourned to today for being posted under the caption 'for dismissal". Though the case is posted under the said caption today, the Counsel for the petitioner is absent at the hearing. The repeated absence of the Counsel for the petitioner gives rise to the presumption that the latter is not interested in pursuing her cause in the Civil Revision Petition. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5851 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
