This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 5th respondent in filing the charge sheet against the accused in FIR No.116 of 2019, dated 10.06.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 16.12.2019, while denying the allegations made in the writ affidavit, submits that the investigation in the matter has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 30.10.2019 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate (for Prohibition and Excise Offences), Nalgonda, and the same is numbered as C.C.No.2167 of 2019 and the case is posted for trial on 15.03.2020.

Having regard to the said submissions and since the charge sheet has already been filed and C.C. is registered, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
