Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he purchased plot bearing No.4, admeasuring Square yards in Sy.No.233/3, of Abdullapurmet, Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from his vendor by name Rokkam Sai Reddy. After completing all the formalities, the deed of conveyance was presented before the Sub-Registrar-3rd respondent and also paid the stamp duty required. Petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent is not receiving and processing the deed of conveyance without any justification.

The photocopies of the document and payment of receipt is enclosed to the writ petition paper book as Exs.P.1 and P.3 respectively.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive and process the deed of conveyance. If the document is otherwise in order, shall register and release the same. If the 3rd respondent is not agreeing to register the document, he shall assign due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of

- 3 - presentation of the document. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
