HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23790 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 3 and 4 in not conducting any investigation and filing charge sheet in FIR.No.60 of 2013 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and report is filed before the concerned Court in the year 2017 stating that the same is false. The petitioner was also issued notice on 16-12-2017, but learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same. As such, now learned Assistant Government Pleader is directed to serve a copy of notice on the counsel for the petitioner. Since final report is also filed before the concerned Court and the petitioner was also issued notice, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
