This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, requesting to direct the Junior Civil Judge at Ramannapet to dispose of I.A.No.178 of 2019 in O.S.No.120 of 2019 expeditiously.

2) Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff would contend that the petitioner/ plaintiff, filed the subject I.A.No.178 of 2019 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with 151 of CPC, to grant ad interim injunction but the said Interlocutory Application is not yet disposed of by the Court below and ultimately prayed to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject Interlocutory Application expeditiously.

4) On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent/ defendant conceded the request of the petitioner/ plaintiff to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject I.A.No.178 of 2019, expeditiously.

5) Since the subject Interlocutory Application was filed in the year 2019, it is supposed to be disposed of by this time. It appears that the Court below is not expeditious in dealing with the subject Interlocutory Application.

6) Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the subject I.A.No.178 of 2019 in O.S.No.120 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty

(30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7) With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
