THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITON No.3724 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred by the contesting respondent in E.O.P.No.462 of 2014 wherein the 1st respondent - petitioner filed an application for receiving certain documents as per the list enclosed. Court has received those documents subject to proof and admissibility.

I find no infirmity in the exercise of jurisdiction carried out by the Court below in ordering the I.A. moved by the 1st respondent herein. Admissibility of a document or otherwise need not be debated at this stage in as much as, as and when any such document is sought to be marked, an appropriate objection can be taken for its marking or against its admissibility.

Therefore, I do not find any merit in this revision and it is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the revision, shall stand closed.
