THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1734 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, as against the order passed by this Court, dated 04.01.2018, in W.P.No.29951 of 2017, Government filed W.A.No.860 of 2018 and the Division Bench in I.A.No.02 of 2018 granted stay of the said order.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioners herein to file an appropriate application after disposal of W.A.No.860 of 2018, Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
