Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

The grievance of the petitioner is about non-consideration of the representations, dated 29.10.2018, 09.08.2019 and 19.09.2019, said to have been submitted by him before respondent No.3-District Collector, Khammam.

Considering the nature of relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to consider the representations dated 29.10.2018, 09.08.2019 and 19.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law.
