This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.87 of 2015 on the file of Yeleswaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(ii) (c ) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner was found in possession of 128 kgs of Ganja. The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. There are no changed circumstances in the present case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
