THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.9769 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 3 in seizing the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.AP-31TT9929 and keeping the same from 16.03.2013 to till date in the custody of the fourth respondent as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the vehicle of the petitioner is not in Pendurthi Police Station, Visakhapatnam district. As the matter pertains to the year 2013, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents 1 to 3, if his grievance is not yet resolved, and on such representation being made by the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 3 shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
