O R D E R

Ms. Srilalitha Bala, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners, submit that as some aspects of the matter have not been mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, they have instructions to withdraw the writ petition, and to file fresh one, and therefore, seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to initiate fresh proceedings. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
