in Phase-III of Industrial Park, Pashamylaram, on failure to make additional payments and giving an undertaking is arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Article 21 and 304-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned proceeding Lr.No. IP/ PSM / P-231/ Ph-III/2006/33 dated 30.03.2015 issued by the 2nd Respondent with a further direction to execute and register Sale Deed on Plot No. 231 in favour of the Petitioner Company since the Petitioner has paid entire sale consideration.
