Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Adminlstrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by orCer dated 24.O2.2014, passed interim order as follows:- "Pending disposal of the O.A., the impugned Charge M e m o. N o. 2709/ DC/C4/AC(A ) O P 3/G H M C/ 2 0 1 4 - 2 B dated 29.01.2014 is suspended with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of Assistant City Planner and his promotion is subject to out come of the OA." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 24.02.20L4, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same. 3.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this V/rit Petition (TR) is closed. 4.
