When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation that the respondent authorities will take appropriate action strictly as per G.O.Ms.No.275, dated 27.10.2017 and pay the ex-gratia/compensation and the said proposal is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, while placing on record the statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation, there shall be a direction to the respondents herein to take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law as per G.O.Ms.No.275, dated 27.10.2017 and pay the ex-gratia/compensation and to take further action. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
