HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.645 of 2017 O R D E R:

This Court disposed of WP.No.20462 of 2016 by its order dated 27-06-2016 directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner. Alleging violation of said orders, the present contempt case is filed. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that order is passed in the appeal and delay occurred in passing the order as the case was adjourned on several dates. In the counter affidavit it is stated that the matter was adjourned for several times, as the petitioner himself sought time. No reply affidavit is filed disputing the same. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to conclude that there is violation of orders passed by this Court and accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to agitate the said order, if so aggrieved.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
