These five Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they involve similar point for consideration by this Court.

When these matters are taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners and admitted to by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Company that the subject matter of the present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.38451 of 2015 and batch, dated 22.06.2016.

In view of the above, these five Writ Petitions are also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the common order of this Court in W.P.No.38451 of 2015 and batch, dated 22.06.2016. A copy of the said order be annexed along with this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
