It is the case of the petitioner that services of his juniors Sri A.Prasad and Sri V.Suryanarayana were regularized, though they are junior to him. As such, the petitioner made application dated 02-02-2016 for consideration of his case for regularization and as no orders are passed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.56, dated 28-02-1989 and the same is not disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation.

In view of facts and circumstances of the case, since it is stated that application of the petitioner dated 02-02-2016 is pending, there shall be direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
