HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 1236 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 09.12.2013, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the impugned G.O.Rt No.336 MA & UD, dt.12.3.2013, issued by the 1st respondent is suspended with immediate effect."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition (TR), the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and in view of the same no further orders are required in the Writ Petition(TR). The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
