CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.23731 of 2018 Dt: 24.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the alleged detenue viz., Katta Yashaswini, before this Court.

In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court on 17.07.2018, respondent No.3 has produced the alleged detenue. Respondent Nos.5 and 6 are personally present. The petitioner is also personally present.

Our interaction with the alleged detenue revealed that she has married the petitioner against the will of her parents i.e., respondent Nos.5 and 6 herein; that after living for nine months with him, she went to her parental house on the ground of ill health of respondent No.5 and that she is willing to live with the petitioner. In the light of the above wish expressed by the alleged detenue, who is a major, we have permitted her to join the company of the petitioner.
