HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10277 of 2009 ORDER:

1. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 3 and 5 in not issuing registration certificate as Class-I contractor in favour of the petitioner in spite of a direction granted in W.P.M.P.No.28869 of 2008 in W.P.No.22171 of 2008 dated 10.10.2008, wherein blacklisting of the petitioner was stayed.

Learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings submits that in view of the subsequent registrations, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
